PAYMENT TERMS!!!

Please note when paying by credit card there is a Credit Card Authorization From that must be filled out and emailed back to your sales representative at U.S. Food Manufacturing llc. In addition to this please note there is a 3% credit card processing fee that will be added onto your total for all credit card Transactions. 

Payment By Check or Certified Bank check should be made out to "U.S. Food Manufacturing", and should be mailed in a way that the package can be tracked. i.e (UPS, Fedex, Usps priority)

For Payments By Bank Wire Please contact your sales representative for banking Routing and account information.

PRIVATE LABEL.

Once Payment is received for a new Sales Order that contains private Label Products (U.S. Food Manufacturing llc. Stock Products) Refunds May be requested prior to the manufacturing of the products if it is a stock product. Once the products are manufactured, all sales are Final. If  U.S. Food Manufacturing llc. develops and creates your labels, and there is a refund requested, you are responsible for all costs incurred during the design and printing of your label. Costs associated with design that are discounted or initially billed Free will be billed at the full rate for label design per hour.

Custom manufacturing. 

Once Payment is received for a new Sales Order that contains Custom products (non stock U.S. Food Manufacturing llc. Products), All Payments are final and Non-refundable with no exceptions due to the purchasing and production of custom ingredients, packaging, and supplies to produce the products. If  U.S. Food Manufacturing llc. Creates your labels, and there is a refund requested, you are responsible for all costs incurred during the design and printing of your label. Costs associated with design that are discounted or initially billed Free will be billed at the full rate for label design per hour.

REFUNDS:

Refunds will be issued at the full discretion on U.S. Food Manufacturing llc. Refunds may be issued by Check, Wire, Bank Bill Pay, credit Card, or Paypal.

ARTWORK:

All labels designs and artwork done through U.S. Food Manufacturing llc. are the property of and owned by U.S. Food Manufacturing llc.

SHIPPING!!!

*All Shipping information displayed on Invoice is final, please confirm the address. and shipment needs such as residential, business to residential, business to business, lift gate needed, Appointment for scheduled delivery, Inside Delivery or any other special requirements for your shipments. U.S. Food Manufacturing llc. will not incur additional charges after the shipment has been shipped. customers may also set up their on shipments. The Client will accept all responsibility for all shipments that are not set up by U.S. Food Manufacturing llc.

 

Count, Open & Inspect entire contents before signing for the shipment! If the boxes look damaged, note damaged items and/or shortages on the delivery receipt. REFUSE any damaged goods. Failure to note damages/shortages at the time of delivery releases U.S. Food Manufacturing llc. from all liability; therefore, you are responsible for any replacement costs. A notation of “Subject to Inspection” or “Possible Damage” on the delivery receipt is not acceptable. Specific notation of damage to the carton and product is required. If you signed for the carton without notating any damage on the delivery receipt you have signed the goods as “Free and Clear.”  If damage is not specifically notated on the delivery receipt, the delivering freight line will not accept responsibility for the damage. That means that we will not be reimbursed for the damaged merchandise and freight charges; therefore, we cannot provide replacements to you free of charge. You will be responsible for any replacement costs. If there are damages please Take pictures for your records.

 

THERE ARE TWO CATEGORIES OF FREIGHT DAMAGE NOTATED DAMAGE – Damages are notated when the damage is specifically written on the delivery receipt and/or are refused. U.S. Food Manufacturing llc. must be notified of the damage and/or refusal as soon as possible so that we may issue you a replacement and file a damage claim with the freight company. If the driver did not remove the goods at the time of delivery, you must retain the product and all of the packaging including the carton and any secondary packaging materials it contained. The freight company may or may not come back to inspect and remove the merchandise.  If they do not remove the product then wait until we authorize you to dispose of it.

 

CONCEALED DAMAGE – Damage that is found after the driver has left and was not notated on the delivery receipt is concealed damage. Replacement or repair costs will apply on all concealed damages.  It is your responsibility to inspect the entire shipment before the driver leaves. Failure to do so releases U.S. Food Manufacturing llc., from all liability. If concealed damaged is discovered, U.S. Food Manufacturing llc., must be notified within 48 hours (excluding weekends). We require that all original packaging materials including the carton and any bubble wrap contained therein be retained until we advise you it may be discarded.  You are encouraged to take photographs of the outer and inner packaging as well as the damaged product. We will ship a replacement as soon as possible at cost to you. (See additional information on “Concealed Damage” information sheet).

 

All freight companies allow a specific amount of time for you to inspect your shipment before the driver leaves. The time limits are based on the total weight of your shipment. If the driver refuses to wait, then you must call U.S. Food Manufacturing llc. immediately and contact your local delivering terminal.
