What are the minimum order quantities?

The minimum order for custom formulations is 500lbs, based on the size of our smallest ribbon blender. If you are private labeling a U.S Food Manufacturing  formula or are picking up products in the U.S Food Manufacturing line the minimum order must be greater than or equal to $5,000.00 before shipping and handling fees are applied. Speak to your customer service rep if this is a major issue U.S Food Manufacturing might be able to make exceptions based on the products purchased.

Is there a set-up fee?

There is a non-refundable set-up fee associated with Custom Manufacturing and Private labeling  This fee goes towards product development, sample shipment fees, label design, sourcing and stocking of specialty raw materials, and logistics. See your account manager for more details.

What do I do if I already have a finished product but don’t have the formula?

All you need to get started is a nutrition facts panel and a product sample to match taste. Our team and partner companies are skilled in reverse engineering products to their exact formulation breakdown. We have contacts with many raw ingredient suppliers house in the world and we will do everything we can to recreate your product.

Do you drop-ship?

U.S Food Manufacturing is built for volume, we currently do not offer picking and packing services but might in the future. We only offer drop shipping services that ship directly to your distributors such as Amazon,Target, Walmart, CVS, GNC and many other distribution centers.

What is the typical lead time?

We Pride ourselves in short lead times of 3-5 weeks from the date the funds have been transferred. However there are cases where we are able to expedite orders in as little as a couple days. there are also cases where we have extended lead times of specialty raw materials used in custom formulations, or delays from 3rd party suppliers. if lead times will be extended your sales representative will advises you of any delays so you can plan adaquately on your side.

How do I secure my pricing?

When you are issued a price quotation on a product, pricing reflects a tentative price quote and a fair estimation of the product quote. However, upon finalizing certain ingredients, the executed quote may vary + or -. Due to market volatility of raw materials and outside forces, prices are good for 15 days from this quotation date. Orders beyond 15 days must be re-priced.

Once you lock in a price, U.S Food Manufacturing will keep you informed of any price fluctuations on a quarterly basis and will immediately inform you of any significant industry trends that will impact your pricing such as increases in major raw materials.
